- Brand Manager Job Requirements (main KPIs brand growth & positioning)
- Develop new product concepts, develop and execute marketing strategies for specific products, manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery, and oversee product assortment planning and development.
- Curate product assortments based on market trends and analysis, with enlightenment to the product range matrix.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to develop product assortments that align with the brand's strategy.
- Fully responsible for the Brand P&L (Sales, profitability, inventory levels)

- Oversees the Brand Marketing Strategies activations & executions are meeting the overall brand strategy.
- Uses historical data and forecasting techniques to predict future demand for specific products.
- Budgeting & Financial Forecasting
- Store Visits
- Working closely with the Logistics & production team to ensure product deliveries and season launches
- Supervise the merchandisers regarding; product data, system data entry, transfer between stores, and purchasing orders.
- Work closely with merchandising regarding stock level control, displayed merchandise, old seasons’ stock management, and stock liquidation.
- Setting an action plan for each season.
- Follow up & monitor respective branches/or customer complaints.
- Responsible for the stores’ and brand’s image as per the brand standards and guidelines
Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand ManagerProven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executivesExperience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsExcellent understanding of the full marketing mixStrong analytical skills partnered with a creative mindData-driven thinking and an affinity for numbersOutstanding communication skillsUp-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practicesDegree in marketing or a related field
