ObjectivesTo ensure the efficient performance of cloud-based systems by conducting detailed and continuous testing of all pages and modules, verifying that all features and functions operate effectively to meet the needs of clients and organizations.Duties and ResponsibilitiesSystem Testing:Review and test all new and updated pages, main modules, and sub-modules within the system.Verify that all programmed functionalities perform as intended and meet user requirements.Ensure integration of the website and associated applications with the database and internal system modules.Operations Assurance:Conduct comprehensive performance and workflow tests within the system.Document inefficiencies or areas requiring improvement.Enhance the user experience by providing clear and detailed feedback to the development team.Updates and Development:Test modifications and new features after each system update.Create diverse testing scenarios to ensure updates do not negatively impact the system's overall performance.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare precise reports detailing test results, including performance issues, identified bugs, and improvement suggestions.Record exceptional cases during testing and communicate them to the development team for resolution.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the development team to understand new technical modifications.Provide internal support or training to team members or clients when needed.System Understanding:Acquire a deep understanding of all the main and sub-modules of the cloud-based system.Monitor details related to databases, registration pages, and integration programs (e.g., recruitment portals, program portals).Job RequirementsEducational Qualifications:A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).Extensive experience with similar systems may suffice in place of a degree.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of operational requirements for cloud-based systems.Excellent skills in system analysis and bug detection.Proficiency in documenting workflows and preparing detailed reports.Personal Skills:High ability to self-learn and comprehend the complexities of cloud-based systems.Attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams.Professional Experience:Experience in operating and testing similar electronic systems (preferred).Knowledge of cloud-based management systems is a significant advantage.Work EnvironmentCollaborating with the IT team within the organization.Continuous interaction with the development and customer support teams.Utilizing modern documentation and testing tools to assess system performance.Performance CriteriaSpeed in identifying and documenting errors.Accuracy in verifying that operations are implemented as designed.Providing actionable suggestions to improve user experience and system performance.
