Position Overview:
The Commercial Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing strategies for a company operating in the software and programming training industry. This position will be responsible for overseeing the B2C tele sales team, B2B sales activities, and the marketing team. The Commercial Manager will be tasked with achieving revenue targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring the effective promotion of the company's training services.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 8:10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the software or programming training industry.
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Responsibilities:
1. B2C (Tele Sales Team):
- Lead and manage the B2C tele sales team, responsible for selling training programs to individual customers.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Set sales targets and closely monitor team performance to ensure goals are met.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective lead generation campaigns.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Marketing Team:
- Supervise and guide the marketing team in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns.
- Ensure the marketing team creates compelling content, including website copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences and develop marketing strategies to reach them.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
