Apex Pharma is looking for a dynamic District Feild Force Manager to drive the promotion and sales of our products, ensuring targets are met through effective engagement with both internal and external customers. • Promote Apex Pharma Products: Effectively promote and position the company’s products to achieve sales targets by leveraging relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
• Maximize Productivity: Develop strategies to enhance team performance and deliver cost-effective results.
• Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with both internal stakeholders (cross-functional teams) and external customers (healthcare providers, distributors, etc.).
• Sales Planning: Design and implement actionable sales plans to achieve district goals and maximize market share.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.
