Job Description
- Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
- Manage and maintain financial records using Odoo.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
- Forecast costs and revenues
- Manage tax payments
- Organize internal audits
- Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
- Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
- Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
- Analyze financial trends
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Job RequirementsBachelor degree in AccountingProven experience as an accountant, preferably with Odoo from 3 to 5 yearsGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practicesFamiliarity with financial accounting statementsExcellent communication skills.Time ManagementExperience with general ledger functionsExcellent computer skillsData Entry ManagementExcellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.Corporate FinanceExperience with creating financial statementsStrong attention to detail and good analytical skillsProficiency in Odoo ERP system is a must
