- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, mediations, and other.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, pleadings, and motions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to the firm's practice areas.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and handle sensitive matters with utmost discretion and integrity.
- Uphold the firm's values and professional standards, promoting a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusivity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to work autonomously and with a team of attorneys.Bachelor degree in Law from a reputable university.Must be a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.Very Good in English language both reading and writing.Adaptable and able to work in fast paced environment.
