Real Estate Sales Agent
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide the most suitable property offers.
- Sell properties effectively through negotiation and sales skills.
- Advise clients on available properties, prices, and suitable areas based on their requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of relationships with new and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients continuously via phone, email, or in-person meetings to ensure deals are closed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide the best offers and services to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field.Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.Ability to build a strong network of client relationships.Familiarity with tele-sales and sales over the phone.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.Flexible and dynamic personality with the ability to adapt to different market needs.
