This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and other goods necessary for production and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment to meet quality and cost standards.
• Execute purchase orders, ensuring all procurement activities align with company policies and operational needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, cost fluctuations, and alternative suppliers to optimize purchasing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels of key materials without overstocking.
• Monitor procurement budgets and work to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
  Quality Assurance: Ensure all purchased goods meet the company’s quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements for audit and reporting purposes.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.
• Address any issues related to delays, non-compliance, or quality concerns with suppliers and resolve them promptly.
