- Stay informed of changes in regulations, guidance, and best practices to update management on developments that could impact the organization.
- Develop and maintain the Due Diligence, KYC (Know Your Customer) processes for customers and vendors, AML and OFAC compliance program and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures to mitigate illegal, unethical, or improper activities.
- Identify areas of compliance risk through analysis and evaluation, recommending corrective action plans to address vulnerabilities.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or a related field (Master's or professional certification is a plus).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks and develop mitigation strategiesAbility to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, staff, legal counsel, law enforcement, regulators and auditors.Must possess the ability to build relationships across the organization and with customers and professional vendors.Proven experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or related roles. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices (Banks and financial institutions are preferred.Strong knowledge of AML, OFAC, KYC, and other compliance frameworks.
