Role purpose: - to support the E2E Service, Infrastructure, application solutions design and implementation within the software engineering. Governance over the quality of deliverables of the technical implementations, and configurations for the Service Management solutions done by the engineering team, also to lead and support all improvement plans for accelerating the delivery of secure, reliable modern applications in all markets supported by the software engineering team
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Responsible of delivery of High and Low level designs and documents for the proposed monitoring solution for different business services.
• Act as subject matter expert for support teams, project team, demand team and integrators to ensure that monitoring requirements are understood, documented, and delivered to a high standard.
• Professional, respectful and customer-focused, operating with integrity in all aspects of their duties.
• Drives improvements for CICD and Infra activities of E2E applications scope.
• Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time based on agreed Service Levels.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Awareness of the concepts and application of Service Management, Customer Experience Management, and Devops tools as GitHub, Jenkins, AWS, GCP, and MS Azure.
• Design, configuration, and optimisation of E2E service management and its related software like CICD pipelines.
• Ability to build and optimize business services, business processes and IT services modelling.
• Ability to work in Agile teams devops and SRE models are highly preferred skills and knowledge.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills with demonstrable experience of the production of plans to describe stage, phase, dependency and milestones
Needed Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science ,Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Good experience with AWS services and cloud architecture.
Good experience with CI CD processes and release management.
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
Solid understanding of microservices architecture.
Strong familiarity with monitoring ,health checks ,and logging.
Maintaining monitoring and observability using Grafana is a plus.
Good experience with Linux administration.
Proficient in problem solving ,troubleshooting skills ,and incident management. (ITIL is a plus)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation.
Good understanding of API solutions.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm (is a plus)
Hands-on experience with Istio (is a plus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
