Tycoon Securities is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Motion & Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design for digital and print media. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex financial concepts into compelling visual content while maintaining the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Animation: Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and static designs for digital campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and social media platforms.
- Brand Development: Ensure consistent implementation of Tycoon Securities' brand guidelines across all visual content.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content aligned with business goals.
- Video Production: Design video assets, including intros, outros, infographics, lower thirds, and transitions.
- Creative Leadership: Lead brainstorming sessions, mentor junior designers, and contribute to creative strategy development.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3–10 years in graphic and motion design, preferably in a financial, corporate, or agency environment.Software Proficiency:Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).Experience with 3D design and animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.Design Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present ideas and accept constructive feedback.Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, professional designs.Problem-Solving: Creative thinker with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging visuals.
