Sales Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s car oil lubricant products and their benefits.
  • Identify potential clients, including automotive workshops, dealerships, gas stations, and retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and effectiveness of the lubricants.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote car oil lubricants.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and events.
  • Create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and online content to attract potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility through advertisements and sponsorships.
  • Attend industry trade shows, events, and exhibitions to network and promote products.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
