HR Coordinator ( Accommodation in Ain Sokhna )

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork.
  • Assist in personnel by entry data.
  • Follow up expired contract and renew it, and submit to personnel.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Calculate and submit monthly deductions report to payroll team.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.Previous experience in HR roles is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
