- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support new hire onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork.
- Assist in personnel by entry data.
- Follow up expired contract and renew it, and submit to personnel.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Help organize company events and employee engagement activities.
- Calculate and submit monthly deductions report to payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.Previous experience in HR roles is preferred.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
