- - Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
2- Program Design & Development:
• Develop comprehensive training plans, including learning objectives, content outlines, and materials (e.g., manuals, presentations).
• Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Research and integrate the latest trends and technologies in learning and development (e.g., ice breakers, gamification, new sales tools).
3- Content Creation & Delivery:
• Create & Develop training materials, such as guides, job aids, multimedia content, and assessments.
• Deliver in-person or virtual training sessions as needed to all sales layers.
4- Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
5- Participate in organizational team initiatives providing input on learning needs, and developing schedules for training delivery
6- Evaluation & Improvement:
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement based on feedback and evaluation results
