We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Representative to join our dynamic call center team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in all aspects of human resources, with a particular focus on mass hiring and talent acquisition. This role demands a strategic thinker who can manage HR operations efficiently while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Source, screen and interview applicants for a debt settlement account

Lead mass hiring initiatives to support call center growth and seasonal workforce demands.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a harmonious work environment.

Conduct investigations and provide resolution to workplace conflicts.

HR Policy and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.

Provide guidance and support to managers in handling performance issues and employee development.

Implement strategies for employee engagement and retention.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for employees.

Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

Ensure continuous professional development of the HR team.

Compensation and Benefits:

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs.

Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.

Administer employee benefits and provide assistance with any related queries.


 A minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior HR role within a call center environment.Proven experience in mass hiring and large-scale recruitment processes.In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.
