· Evaluating the competencies of all employees within the nursing department.
· Providing educational programs based on a set of standards and specializations, with a focus on specialized skills.
· Participates in performance evaluation with the head nurse of the unit and mentors the nursing team as necessary.
· Follow up on the performance of the nursing team in the units and roundabouts.
· Conduct needs assessments using a variety of strategic tools.
· Coordinate the orientation of new staff in the group ·
· Develop educational materials and programs and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
· Prepare short- and long-term plans and programs to meet identified needs.
-Bachelor of Nursing.-Two to three years of experience At least in the same specialty (team training nursing).-Excellent communication skills.-Maintaining an appropriate appearance.
