Job Objective: Managing and organizing all technical work related to architectural projects within the company’s technical office, providing technical support, supervising the implementation of architectural designs, and ensuring their application in accordance with the specifications and standards approved in engineering projects.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Management of the Technical Office Team:
- Supervise and lead the technical office team to ensure smooth execution of architectural projects.
Preparation and Study of Architectural Drawings and Designs:
- Prepare, study, and review architectural drawings and designs in accordance with project requirements.
Preparation of Technical Reports:
- Prepare detailed technical reports related to architectural work and project updates.
Review and Update of Technical Specifications:
- Regularly review and update technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Management of Documents and Plans:
- Manage and organize all project documentation, including technical drawings, plans, and other relevant documents.
Prepare and Design Architectural Drawings for Projects:
- Prepare and design architectural drawings, including layout plans, elevations, and sections for various projects.
Prepare and Design Architectural Workshop Drawings:
- Create detailed workshop drawings based on architectural designs for implementation.
Preparing the Architectural Sectors Required for Implementation:
- Prepare architectural sections required for the execution of the projects.
Preparing Perspectives and Architectural Drawings for Projects:
- Prepare perspectives, 3D views, and architectural drawings for presentation and approval.
Discussing Architectural Drawings in Front of Government Agencies and Making the Required Amendments:
- Present architectural designs to government authorities and incorporate the necessary amendments based on feedback.
Setting Specifications for Architectural Items:
- Define specifications for architectural items after studying the owner’s requirements and design principles.
Determine the Estimated Cost of Architectural Items:
- Calculate the estimated cost of architectural items through price studies and analyze pricing categories.
Create As-Built Architectural Drawings After Completion of Projects:
- Generate as-built architectural drawings after the completion of each project to document final implementation.
