As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee our factory operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence in all production processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the plant team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Production Planning: Oversee production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet company standards and regulatory requirements, working closely with the Quality Control team. 
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control operational costs, driving efficiency improvements to meet financial targets.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with local regulations. Meet NFSA Requirements
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and drive innovation in plant operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science or a related field.7+ years of experience in plant or factory management, preferably in the FMCG, food, or chocolate production industry.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams.Excellent understanding of production processes, supply chain management, and quality standards.Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Proficiency in operational management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
