- Manage and organize all internal procurement activities within the company.
- Develop strategies to identify procurement needs and source suitable suppliers.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Oversee daily operations of the procurement department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on department performance and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in internal procurement, with previous supervisory experience.Strong negotiation skills and ability to build professional relationships with suppliers.Ability to work under pressure and meet established targets.Proficient in using ERP systems and procurement management software.Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.Fluency in both Arabic and English.
