- Responsible for all personnel activities and handling all hiring process, social insurance from 1,6 and prepare ATM requests and any other relevant tasks.
- Ensure that all HR practices are complying with labor law regulations. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Prepare social insurance records and maintain employees' files and insure fully meeting the requirements. Assisting the newly hired employees to open new bank accounts.
- Sending the employees' emails to complete their hiring documents to avoid salary suspension.
- Handling employees' resignation and clearance.
- Handling employees' documents needed signing renewal and new contracts.
