• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
    Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas
  • Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers.
  • ● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 


A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field Engineering degree is preferableExperience in sales and the water pumps field.Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers.Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.Good leadership and teamwork skills.Salary is based on experience, and bonus is based on the sales volume.
