- Prepare personnel transactions forms and timesheets for accuracy, completeness, compliance with ordinances and rules, and
- conformance with established procedures for outsourcing employers.
- Communicate with line managers with list of employees at the end of their probation period and in case of contract renewal so as to determine the status of referred employees.
- Check the correctness and completeness of all new hired employees personnel hiring documents and ensure the accuracy of salary
- data and personnel records in contracts, make changes when needed before enrollment of employee on system.
- Keep records for employees end of settlement documents including resignation, social insurance form 6, clearance and ensure existence of all signatures on documents.
- Support in Personnel activities and government authorities inspections, such as labor office, social insurance authorities
- Participate in medical insurance, and life insurance operations including addition and deletion of employees, validation of employees claims, Follow up with the medical insurance provider to receive medical claims refunds.
- Control Adds, deletes, and reallocates approved positions in the personnel/payroll system.
- Keep records to ensure that deadlines are met for changes in employee status, performance evaluations, salary increases, leaves of absences, insurance enrollment, and fingerprint and health clearance.
Academic & professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field requiredHR Diploma is PreferredContracts engagements & Medical Insurance backgroundExperience:3-5 years of Experience in personnelIn-depth knowledge of Social Insurance and Taxes lawPrevious Medical Insurance experience Skills and Abilities:Good Communication skills required.Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.Advanced problem-solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
