Overview:  
Smart.sa , a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP), is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Services Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, with 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 management, security solutions, and network configuration. This role is integral to ensuring reliable IT operations, supporting multiple clients, and maintaining secure, efficient networks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Microsoft 365 Administration & Security:
   - Manage Microsoft 365 email environments, including user setup, configurations, and troubleshooting.
   - Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices for Microsoft 365 to protect data and ensure compliance.

 

2. Endpoint Management with Intune:
   - Configure, deploy and manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune.
   - Implement policies to secure devices and ensure compliance with company standards.

 

3. Firewall Configuration & Management:
   - Configure, monitor and manage Fortigate and Sophos firewalls.
   - Conduct regular audits to ensure network security and address potential vulnerabilities.

 

4. Server & Active Directory Management:
   - Manage domain controllers, Active Directory, and file-sharing services.
   - Oversee server performance, handle updates, and ensure efficient operation of all server environments.

 

5. Network & Wireless Configuration:
   - Configure, and maintain advanced network and wireless solutions with best practice implementation.
   - Troubleshoot network issues to ensure seamless connectivity for clients.

 

6. VoIP Knowledge:
   - Have a strong understanding of VoIP systems, including setup, troubleshooting, and support.
   - Coordinate with VoIP providers as needed to ensure reliable communication solutions.

-5 years experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within an MSP environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.Strong experience with FortiGate and Sophos firewalls.Proficient in server management, file-sharing configurations, and network administration.Familiarity with VoIP systems and protocols.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Certificates:Certified from two of the following vendorMicrosoft endpoint administrator, Microsoft 365 administrator, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or MCSE 2016CCNA or Network +NSE4 or equivalent certificate Accommodation is provided for male trainees.Housing allowance for female trainees. Cultural Fit at SMART:At SMART, our culture is deeply rooted in our core values, and we strive to create a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
