Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and reputation.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and key stakeholders.
• Manage press releases, media coverage, and public appearances to ensure consistent messaging.
• Plan and execute events, conferences, and community engagement activities.
• Monitor and respond to public and media inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align PR efforts with overall branding strategies.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and execution to protect the company’s reputation.
• Analyze PR campaigns’ performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5-7 years) in public relations, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong network of media contacts and familiarity with the local market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
