Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services to support project needs.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best terms for quality and cost.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project schedules.
- Review purchase orders, contracts, and reports to ensure company policies and standards compliance.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to identify procurement requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in purchasing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and market trends.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
