We’re hiring Acquisition Specialists for a remote role in real estate (USA-based clients) at Volumex Outsourcing.
Our Process:
1. IQ Test
2. Voice & Video Recording
3. Zoom Interview
• 2 weeks of unpaid training (video-based with a test to ensure completion)
• 1 month to finalize selection
Compensation:
• $4.20/hour (8 hrs/day, 5 days/week)
• Commission on closed deals (details provided upon acceptance)
Requirements:• Fluent English • At least 6 months of sales/real estate/cold calling experience• Own PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection
