We are looking for a Customer Service & Social Media Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media platforms (Instagram), processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for identifying best-selling products, handling complaints, and driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram.
- Assist customers with product orders, check product availability, and confirm orders.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and promote best-selling products and provide feedback on slow-moving items.
- Up-sell and cross-sell products during customer interactions.
- Monitor and manage customer comments on social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or retail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience with social media management (specially Instagram).Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to up-sell and cross-sell effectively.Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Residence near the work location.
