  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Lead sales team with passionate managerial & leadership skills
  • Hire the necessary sales force to meet with company’s budget figures
  • Create an aftersales support team either local or through external service companies 
  • The ability to attend related industries events and widen the company relationships
  • Meet with potential OEM clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related fieldPrevious experience not less than 10 years as sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsExperience in Sanitary ware and same industries is a MUST (sanitary ware factories , big distributors … etc)Owns a car Fluent in English language: spoken and written
