Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Specialist B2B at Display Icon located in El Obour. The Telemarketing Specialist B2B will be responsible for lead generation, customer service, communication, customer support, and sales tasks on a daily basis
.

Job Description•
Gathering data for making phone calls within targeted sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information.

• Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors.

• Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems.

• Assisting the Sales department gathering customer’s feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations.

• Support marketing and sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads with
a follow-up call or email if needed

Job Requirements

Experience 3:5 Years in Telemarketing B2B is the must.

• BS: in any of the following areas (Business Administration or related field).

• Very good command of English both written and verbal.

• Previous experience as B2B Telemarketing
