Responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions in New Cairo, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, training and development, and HR policy implementation. Ensure compliance with all Egyptian employment laws and regulations, and promote positive employee relations, improving employee satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process.
Oversee background checks and reference checks.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance evaluation systems.
Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance appraisals.
Identify training needs and facilitate training programs to enhance employee performance.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee grievances and disputes.
Conduct investigations of employee complaints.
Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.
Promote positive employee relations and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Ensure compliance with benefit plan requirements.
Act as a liaison between employees and benefit providers.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and design training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate training sessions and track training completion.
Manage the performance management and talent development process.
HR Policy Implementation:
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Communicate policies and ensure compliance throughout the organization.
Conduct HR audits and recommend improvements.
Keep abreast of changing employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant certification in Human Resources is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR experience.Solid knowledge of Egyptian employment laws and regulations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
