Student Affairs Manager

  • Responsible for the operational management and administrative direction of a student affairs unit and function with broad responsibility.
  • supervises staff in the department and ensures effective implementation of the university Academic policies and quality standards.
  • responsible for the supervision and management of the student affairs and relations office and providing counseling, support and advising in regards to all student affairs aspects. 
  • monitors and manages student affairs programs events. 
  • responsible for planning and developing evaluation and measurement systems and tools to measure students’ level of satisfaction and engagement. 
  • responsible for handling students’ requirements, complains, inquiries and suggestions. 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field.Experience in Educational Institutes is preferable. Fluent in English written and spoken.Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…).Experience using a student information system and/or another type of database (SIS & LMS).Strong oral and written communication skills with strong conflict and problem-resolution skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards.Possess excellent customer service and presentation skills
