- Prepare Annual Budgets with the General Manager to align with the company’s financial goals.
- Ensure Accurate Accounting Practices and adherence to financial reporting standards.
- Implement Financial Controls to manage costs effectively and improve efficiency.
- Provide Regular Sales Reports comparing actual performance against budgets and offering accurate forecasts.
- Manage a Team of Accountants and oversee payroll to maintain operational efficiency.
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Accounting Cycles with accuracy and reliability.
- Oversee Cash Flow and Reconciliation Processes to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Support Retail and E-commerce Operations with financial insights for effective decision-making.
- Take Full Responsibility for Financial Planning and Analysis for retail, including monthly and long-term plans.
- Oversee P&L Management by tracking sales, margins, and expenses for accurate forecasting.
- Produce Reports and Analyses by product category, segment, or merchandise to inform business decisions.
- Manage Supplier Relations and monitor supplier charges, terms, and business agreements.
- Handle Daily Financial and Accounting Operations including payroll, invoicing, and transactional oversight.
- Coordinate External Audits and prepare necessary documents and information for auditors.
- Establish and Maintain Financial Policies to ensure compliance and financial stability within the organization
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a strong background in the Saudi financial sector and retail industry.Proven experience handling full financial responsibility, including budget management, year-end accounts, and external audits.Expertise in tax compliance and all types of tax filings.Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word).Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.Males only.Excellent communication and organizational skills (written and oral).
