Role:

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage the target audience, and drive sales for our F&B clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the client's brand and marketing objectives.
    • Identify and track relevant social media KPIs.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create engaging social media content, including text, images, and videos.
    • Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Community Management:
    • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
    • Foster a positive and engaged online community.
    • Monitor social media trends and industry news.
  • Social Media Advertising:
    • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
    • Manage budgets and track campaign performance.
    • Optimize ad campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Media Buying:
    • Negotiate and purchase media placements on social media platforms.
    • Monitor media budgets and ensure optimal spending.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance.
    • Generate regular reports to share insights with clients.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the F&B industry.Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with social media analytics tools.Proficiency in using social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager).Experience in media buying and negotiation.
