Executive Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and understand staffing needs, particularly for mass hiring projects.
  • Develop effective and creative sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates for various open positions.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure the best fit for the company's culture and values.
  • Coordinate and participate in interviews and selection procedures, utilizing effective interview techniques.
  • Organize and manage job fairs, recruitment events, and other initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and stay updated on the latest trends in talent management.
  • Assist with onboarding and provide administrative support as needed.

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a focus on mass hiring and real estate.Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing candidates.Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with candidates.Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred.
