- Allocates follows up on the daily production plan across lines.
- Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, and monitoring progress.
- Maintain quality service level by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets.
- Supervises production during the different stages and work on solving all the problems.
- Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure that all output meets quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure the availability of all raw materials in order to ensure a smooth production process.
- Liaise with other departments to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Organize and implement the handling of production wastes.
- Enforce health and safety precautions.
Minimum 2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferable Mechanical. Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma.Background in Heavy industries is a plus.Excellent command of English language (speaking, reading and writing).Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).Very good verbal and written communications skills.Detail-oriented and resourceful in completing assigned tasks.
