  • The Customer Service Representative assist the Order Process Management, he/she has to check, register, confirms customers' orders and organize the shipment with all its adjustments.
  • Check, register, confirms customers' orders, encode order with shipment date and liaise with contracted haulier to organize shipment while communicating with customer and make all the adjustments necessary until the booking and closing of orders,
  • Manage consignment if inventory tracking / VMI and reconcile inventory monthly
  • In charge of the daily processing of domestic and export invoices for customers orders, initiate approval of billing to finance department and participate in ERP implementation as needed
  • Manage rebates & commissions, review data and correct discrepancies as needed and then input data in ERP
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Communicate back to Customer Service for customer information, follow up on tasks allocated with relevant functions
