The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting HR processes to ensure smooth operations, effective employee management, and accurate HR data tracking. This role is crucial in facilitating HR-related tasks and delivering essential support to employees, departments, and external service providers
Key responsibility
Ensure efficient management of HR operations, supporting the HR department in achieving overall HR and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide effective HR services and solutions.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Assist in the monthly payroll process by ensuring accurate entry of employee data and payroll changes in the HR system (SAP).
- Perform payroll reconciliations and assist in the preparation of payroll reports.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, data entry, and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees by processing clearances, conducting exit interviews, and updating SAP.
- Accurately enter employee information, including creating new employee records, updating position details, and ensuring data integrity in SAP.
- Track and maintain employee attendance records in SAP, ensuring accurate input and resolving discrepancies when necessary.
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing organizational structures in SAP, including new positions and hierarchies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, documentation, and legal requirements.
- Manage personnel files, ensuring all documentation is properly recorded and easily accessible for audits or reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing accurate information on policies, benefits, and HR processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing letters, managing employee benefits, and supporting HR-related projects.
- Manage all the expats legal papers that will include their work permit and residence card.
