Job Summary
Head of Collection will be responsible for managing the collections process for the company's accounts receivable portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing collection strategies, maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients, and ensuring timely and accurate collections.
- Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize collections and minimize delinquencies.
- Monitor and manage the collections process for the company's accounts receivable portfolio.

- Analyze customer payment trends and provide recommendations to improve collections.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, accounting, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate collections.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities and prepare reports for management.
- Manage a team of collection specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in collections management, preferably in a technology company
- Strong understanding of collections procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive collections strategies
- Experience managing a team of collection specialists
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
