Job description
- Meeting and greeting the clients
- Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
- Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
- Prepare and give technical presentations to demonstrate how the furniture products and services work till the deal is finalized with the client
- Prepare work orders and the needed drawings to the factory
- Work closely the customers and the production team to ensure the furniture meets the production requirements and customer needs.
- Follow the orders during the manufacturing process till delivery to the customer and customer satisfaction feedback
- Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales service.
- Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers’ technical requirements and preferences.
A relevant degree or diploma in interior design, furniture design, architecture, or a related field.Proficiency user of AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max and shop drawings.Proven sales experience and knowledge of furniture products and services.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Professional, ethical, respect time valueAdvanced level of EnglishPreferably a resident of New Cairo
