- Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, and additional channels.
- Creatively responding with customized messages when needed.
- Manage and monitor consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all feedback, comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation into the Social Media team
- Building a knowledge base for clients’ FAQ’s
- Advise marketing department about new services that are requested / inquired about from customers through Atum's various social media channels
