Customer Service - Fashion Brand

  • Communicate with customers every day by phone to confirm orders, details, and delivery dates.
  • Contact customers with returns by phone to understand the reasons for order cancellation.
  • Respond to customers in case of complaints or inquiries.
  • Daily follow-up with shipping companies to track pending orders that cannot reach their recipients and contact customers by phone or WhatsApp to facilitate delivery.
  • Online Customer support via several channels including phone, email, whatsapp and social media.
  • Support sales by being aware of current styles and availability of products. 
  • Ensuring that exemplary levels of Customer service are displayed at all times and our brand values are reflected in all interactions. 
  • Being front line voice and ears of Redaa Brand.

Bachelor degree or equivalentAt least have (1) year of experience in a customer support role in a call center environment.Sales experience is a plus (3) month at least.Females OnlyPreferred resident of Nasr City or nearby areas.Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
