Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead to oversee our development team, guiding projects from conception to deployment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire team members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, ensure code quality, and drive best practices in software development for the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts: Drive the design, development, and deployment of technical solutions, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and align with the company's vision.
• Assign tasks and manage process: Efficiently assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely delivery of features.
• Identify and Remove Impediments: Proactively identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
• Maintain Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
• CO-Lead Team Meetings: Organize and lead regular team meetings, including daily stand-ups, project planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and progress.
