CEO Personal Assistant

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Responsible for the Ceo Office (meetings ,calls etc.)
  • act as personal assistant  of the CEO
  • excellent skills in reading contracts English and Arabic

5 years or more Proven work experience as a Personal AssistantKnowledge of office management systems and proceduresMS Office and English proficiencyOutstanding organizational and time management skillsUp-to-date with latest office gadgets and applicationsAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadExcellent verbal and written communications skillsbachelor degreeAdministrative diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
