Recruitment Specialist

  • Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
  • Create and publish job ads in various portals
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

" Solid working experience in the recruitment part is a must ( White\Blue Collar) "Masters Degree / Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management is a plus2-5 years experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar roleWorking hours 8 am – 5 pm (One day off).Work location : Zahraa Nasr City.
