Work experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Knowledge of employment labor law, Payroll, and income taxes deductions calculations - All payroll ratios is MUST Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word) is MUST. Additional HR training will be a plus. Knowledge of international compliance related to garments industry is a plus Aptitude in problem-solving. Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated Familiarity with social media recruiting V. good English language. BSc/BA in commerce, Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a relevant Field.
