- Customization and programming of prepaid and postpaid smart electricity meters.
- Customization and programming of electricity meter cards for customers.
- Monitoring incoming messages on the system from communication units connected to smart electricity meters, identifying, and resolving any errors.
- Handling customer complaints regarding electricity meters on-site.
- Analyzing data related to electricity meter consumption variances and comparing them with the system.
- Resolving customer complaints related to daily meter installations.
- Monitoring daily installation works for electricity meters.
- Monitoring the removal of electricity meters from the site.
- Providing technical support to the project team during meter testing, installation, and maintenance activities.
- Monitoring the evening shift emergency staff activities related to customer card customization.
