Team Leader Accounting

*  Extensive knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, inventory management, reporting, yearend closing and financial statement preparation. 
* Submits the month/quarter/semi-annual & year closing to head of department. 
* Manages group reporting and financial audits for country.
* Manages preparation of statutory financial statements for country.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure compliance, resolve issues, and support decision-making processes.
* Lead and manage a high-performing accounting team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient delivery of financial services..


Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance – English Certification: CPA / CMA or DIPIFRS is a mustExperience: a proven track record of minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting field.Industry background: Previous experience in automotive OR manufacturingLanguage Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is essential Experience ERP systems and in data processing -Preferably SAP.Technical Competencies:Excellent knowledge of international accounting standards & regulations Excellent knowledge of external audit requirements and preparation of Financial StatementsSolid experience in costing and cost control.
