• Creating and implementing maintenance programs to enhance operational machines efficiency and decrease downtime with commitments to safety standards for sake of maintenance team members, machines and facility safety.

• Assigned to maintain two working factories for producing liquid and other for producing power paints, five warehouses sections and administration facility building including MEP networks, Laboratories and offices 

• Creating technical reviews for projects and maintenance processes , and providing them to the maintenance team in order to apply all needed tasks without problems. 

• Check incoming work orders for completeness, and interact with Operations execution supervisor to assess job status in the field before finalizing the plan

. • installing new production lines machines and utilities with scheduling all tasks needed to complete installation works without any delay.

•Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.

• Designing MEP systems for new projects including (Hvac systems, plumbing lines)

• Planning and supervising on projects inside the factory, starting by sorting tasks needed for applying projects, determining responsibilities and estimating time plan for each needed task.

•Working in IFS system which organize all maintenance and projects works

 • Creating technical reviews for projects and maintenance process, provide them to maintenance team in order to apply all needed tasks without problems

 • Coordinate with various sections of the different Departments, prepare plan/schedule and follow up the Preventive Maintenance for maintenance and modification activities to facilitate timely completion.

 •update maintenance status for all factory machines

 • Check the requirements of work orders raised by operation , maintenance and schedule them as per the resources availability .

 • Prepare and review backlog reports and take necessary action to achieve a minimum level of backlog.

 • Supporting a team by removing any obstacles could face them, especially complex tasks. 

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues

• Producing technical and financial comparison between different vendors or contractors to support effective cost value related to the quality and cost.
