The Commercial Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's commercial strategy, including expanding business operations, optimizing revenue streams, and leading cross-functional initiatives. This role involves overseeing the company's relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders, and aligning business goals with market opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the commercial strategy aligned with the company’s overall objectives and vision.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, including potential partnerships, market segments, and investment opportunities.
- Business Development: Establish and nurture strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, investors, and other industry stakeholders to enhance business prospects.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to guide strategic decisions.
- Contract Management: Set pricing strategies, manage commercial contracts, and ensure profitable margins across projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing commercial team, including marketing, sales, and business development managers.
- Project Oversight: Oversee large real estate deals, ensuring they align with business objectives and meet profitability targets.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and clients to ensure compliance and foster a positive brand image.
- Financial Oversight: Work closely with the finance team to set budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Reporting and KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.
